About the Role
Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration or other related field, and/or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience and/or training in non-profit grants management. Experience in budget development and grants/contracts reporting, monitoring and compliance in a non-profit organization, preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite
Experience with database and budgeting/forecasting systems is desirable.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by the ability to listen, to speak, and to write well.
Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to inspire and engage.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized
Team player able to work collaboratively with development colleagues as well as interface effectively with other departments.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with client information.
Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ/FBI) and Clearance of Child Abuse Index
Current Physical Health Screening (every 2 years thereafter)
Current Immunizations (TB, Influenza, MMR, Pertussis) (every 2 years thereafter)
Current and completed Covid-19 vaccine. Provide proof of record
Current CPR & First Aid Certificate (every 2 years thereafter)
Must attend trainings that are required by funders (might be an evening or Saturday)
Bilingual English/Spanish prefer.
