About the Role
Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Development, Journalism or a combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of relevant experience in communications, events, or marketing.
Outstanding Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills.
Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and executing in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent at project management that requires collaborating with many contributors.
Professional, customer-service oriented attitude and demeanor.
Ability to work productively and under limited supervision; to work well independently and as a collaborative team member.
Demonstrated success managing complex projects, including tracking of resources, deadlines, and all other related items.
Experience working with diverse groups, including staff, program participants and community members.
Bilingual in English and Ability to translate documents between English and Spanish. (Preferred)
Current CA Driver License; current auto insurance and a clean driving record.
Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ/FBI).
Covid-19 Full Vaccination
Clearance of Child Abuse Index.
