Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Development, Journalism or a combination of education and experience.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in communications, events, or marketing.

  • Outstanding Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills.

  • Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and executing in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Excellent at project management that requires collaborating with many contributors.

  • Professional, customer-service oriented attitude and demeanor.

  • Ability to work productively and under limited supervision; to work well independently and as a collaborative team member.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects, including tracking of resources, deadlines, and all other related items.

  • Experience working with diverse groups, including staff, program participants and community members.

  • Bilingual in English and Ability to translate documents between English and Spanish. (Preferred)

  • Current CA Driver License; current auto insurance and a clean driving record.

  • Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ/FBI).

  • Covid-19 Full Vaccination

  • Clearance of Child Abuse Index.
