About the Role
Bachelor‘s Degree in Administration or equivalent combination , Business Management, Marketing, Social Services, or other related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support, with at least 2+ years’ experience in a comparable role as an assistant to a senior executive or as a board liaison, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by the ability to listen, to speak, and to write well, with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to inspire and engage.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and demonstrate proficiency in creating thoughtful donor correspondence, conducting research and managing database requirements.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Spreadsheets and Outlook Calendar.
A self-directed, entrepreneurial spirit.
Team player able to work collaboratively with development colleagues as well as interface effectively with other departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a well-organized professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ/FBI) and Clearance Child Abuse Index.
Current CA Driver License; current auto insurance and a clean driving record.

English, Spanish fluency, preferred.
