Qualifications

  • High School diploma

  • AS Degree in Administration, or working towards a current degree.

  • 2+ years of experience working on office administrative role e

  • Willingness to work as a member of and contribute to a team in a dynamic, learning environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Requirements

  • Current CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance and a clean driving record.

  • Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ/FBI) and Clearance Child Abuse Index

  • Completed Covid-19 Vaccination Record

  • Must be available periodically on evenings and weekends
